Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Corrie is wonderful
Corrie is amazing. She is a great listener, gives concrete feedback and advice, and makes me feel supported. I look forward to our sessions because I feel so much better after them.
Corrie helped me so much before we even had our first meeting. I used the chat feature to explain my situation and she asked such good, thought provoking questions that I was already feeling better before we even met in the video session.
Very easy to talk to. Great to work with!
Corrie is wonderful! I feel very lucky to have found her!
Excellent therapeutic approach and style. She is very encouraging, helpful, and I’m really starting to heal from my traumas, sexual assault, and my history of violent romantic relationships. Would highly recommend
I love corrie. She has taken the time to understand my needs and issues. She is extremely honest and literally points out things that I can do to make my life and mental health more successful. I love her brutal (but caring) honestly in pointing pit when I am making excuses for not doing what I know needs to be done to work through issues. This is by far the best thing I have done for myself. Corrie is hugely helpful.
She’s awesome
Corrie has been wonderful. I cannot begin to thank her enough for her insight and support!
Corrie has helped me navigate through some overwhelming situations. She’s taught me tools to normalize who I am at my core rather than society’s expectations and for that I am forever thankful.
Only had one session/ but my level of comfort is very high
