Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Audra is really good with getting you to talk about something in a manner that makes you feel safe and cared for
Audra is amazingly considerate and knowledgeable at the same time. I got in touch with some deep understandings of myself, which I never thought was accessible before, with Audra's help. I'm grateful every day for finding her here :)
Great therapist! Love her energy and tools!!! Highly recommend
Clicked straight away great connection and understanding between us. Listens and gives advice that is helpful to bettering my thoughts and accepting my emotions. Very happy with Audra’s support in between sessions and that she listens to what I say. Appreciate her help so much so far and it’s only been two sessions!
Audra is amazing! She makes you feel at ease so it’s easy to open up to her. She also gives great perspective, which has helped me overcome a lot of obstacles.

Great therapist! Thank you!
Audra is stunning in so many ways! She has really helped me get through my anxiety and stress.
Dr Audra is great listener and fantastic in helping me in copying with my anxiety and distress by making me to build healthy habits and guidance
Audra has been really great for me, she offers a lot of perspective and has a lot of great techniques to try. I was only able to work with her for a short time due to my financial situation but I reccomend her as someone who is easy to talk to and who you can feel comfortable with and get a lot of help from.
I’m fairly new to BetterHelp, having only worked with one therapist. When my needs changed, I felt I needed someone new to help me through my issues. I very hesitantly changed therapists. It’s been five days and I’ve written to Audra three times and didn’t get a response. I will be changing therapists once again because I don’t feel like Audra will make time for her new clients.
