I’ve already recommended Better Help to friends, after just a few visits with Tina. I’ve tried the therapy route before, and was ready to try again. I was a bit nervous at first, but Tina jumped right in without missing a beat and quickly had me feeling relaxed. Talking with Tina feels just like talking to a friend, who always has the best advice. Everyone always loves to feel validated, and Tina takes that, and teaches me new terms for what I’m experiencing, and ways to see differently and how to improve relationships with those we discuss in our video sessions. I also just love Tina’s personality in general - there’s a lot of little, medium, and big things I find we have in common.
