Talking with Hollie has helped me immensely over the last year or so. She's always understanding of my concerns and willing to give advice and/or encouragement, which is appreciated. Having her as my therapist has been extremely helpful, especially when things get overwhelming.

Ever since I got Hollie as a therapist I feel things have started to improve with my mental health. After a few months we discussed what a possible 'diagnosis ' for me would be and it makes total sense. (One of my symptoms was diagnosed, but the underlying issue was previously missed.) We've been doing exercises and I've gotten homework that, I feel, is helping me. My mental health is starting to do a lot better now than it was. I still have a long way to go, but I think, with Hollies help, I'll eventually get there. It's nice to finally have a therapist that I feel really 'gets' me and is working with me to help me get to where I want to be.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Hollie has been extremely helpful for me. I switched to her recently since my previous therapist went back to in person sessions, and as life happens, my mom, who I had a very complicated relationship with, passed away, unexpectedly, after only having sessions with Hollie for about a month. She's been compassionate, understanding, and very supportive. We've also started to delve into some other things that have come up stemming from my childhood. I'm so thankful for her, and couldn't ask for a better therapist to help me navigate this challenging time in my life.
When I met hollie I was reluctant to use her from past therapists I was connected with on better help. She answered all my questions and worked with me to name better help work for me. I in love with Hollie as a therapist she is very educated and even in 2 sessions I'm making breakthroughs in my eating disorder and ptsd. I have been controlled by these 2 things for so long I finally see a light. She sets goals I can actually accomplish. She caring , professional, empathetic, reassuring, and has mass knowledge inn her profession I would recommend her to anyone. Most of all she listens.
