She's amazing
Gabrielle is a wonderfully approachable therapist, which makes it easy to open up and communicate without fear of judgment. She identifies and focuses on not only what is brought to the session, but causes that perhaps her patient hasn't noticed or thought of. I truly appreciate her respectful, calm, and insightful approach.
So far, seems like a great match to me. I like her a lot.
I think she is great at listening to my problems and helps me to figure them out whether it is a short term solution or long term solution. I enjoy working with her.

There's an ease to talking with Gabrielle, and she strikes a good balance with that and her professionalism. She really helps me to define through guided discovery, the personal triggers and the basis of what I'm dealing with, as well as developing healthier ways of coping. It's the type of insight that I need to better cognitively process and progress through this extremely difficult time in my life learning to live with chronic health issues on top of the stress trying to cope with the unhealthy aspects of society and culture that affects us all (consciously and unconsciously).

Gabrielle is the perfect mixture of professional and personal. I always feel like she understands what I am trying to say but challenges me to interrupt my dysfunctional thinking patterns or coping skills.
