I've only met with Dina a handful of times so far but from session one I felt like she was given the book of my life and just understood me. She provides such a good perspective on situations. I can speak openly with her and she assesses from an objective but caring perspective. There have been simple things she has said that really resonated with me and changed my entire perspective in a very healthy manner. I'm glad I met and chose Dina as my therapist.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Dina has been amazing and so knowledgeable. I am making more progress with her in a short amount of time than I have in the past with other people. I feel seen and not judged, I would highly recommend her!

Mrs Dina is an amazing and extremely compassionate lady who brings equal parts of humor and seriousness into her professional work with clarity of when to apply more of either. In my sessions with her I feel that I’ve gained a much greater insight into myself/internal issues and how to confront them. Seriously love this lady and can easily call her a great therapist and friend.
