It's my first time trying therapy and was kind of shocked how quickly Mrs. Morton knew what questions to ask. Honestly, couldn't have asked for a better start (or better help, one could say..).

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I would really recommend doing therapy with Judith. I felt comfortable with her right from the beginning and liked how genuinely empathic, caring and supportive she is. I was dealing with loss, unresolved childhood trauma, many difficult life changes, several toxic and energy draining relationships and uncertainty about the future. In the time I did sessions with her I can honestly say that I went from feeling completely overwhelmed, full of grief, anxious and hopeless to feeling much more self-confident, happier, calm and positive about the future. I felt seen, heard, validated and supported by her, which is exactly what I needed to get me through that difficult time. I am extremely grateful to Judith for all her help.

Since meeting Judith I feel like she has lifted a weight off my shoulders and placed it infront of me piece by piece and helped me to understand not all of it was bad, what can be worked with and how to say no when it's not good for me. Judith's knowledge, professionalism, her kind and caring ways have made a huge impact on my mental health and I cannot thank her enough for helping me believe in myself and continue to work hard at where I want to be with my life. From day one I have felt like I can be fully transparent with Judith and I feel totally liberated from all the darkness that once upon a time held me down. I wish i had met Judith a long time ago but I believe I met her just at the right time and I will forever be greatful for her support. People like Judith truly make this world a better place.x
