Zaida has great ability to listen without judgement, identify traits and understand what is happening on a deeper level from situations I share, as well as, recommend practices and readings that can help me tackle the issues I'd like to overcome. I really appreciate that she brings up sentences that I should keep in mind and that I need to listen - things I don't tell myself enough. She has been a great help in making me more aware of why I and people close to me behave in a certain way and to accept myself more for who I am. Zaida is amazing ! After having changed the therapist 2 times, cause it didn't feel right, it finally does. She is full of wisdom and experience and very encouraging. She holds the space, doesn't judge, but empowers. She also provides me with such nice materials and book recommendations that I really enjoy to put in the work.
