Hello,

I am qualified and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I'm fully insured and have a current DBS.

I offer an unbiased, safe space, to think about your life - your past, present, future and relationships.

Some of my clients have said that they benefited from talking to someone that wasn't connected to them. It was easier to talk to someone that was impartial and not a friend or family member.

Are you feeling stressed, unhappy and depressed? Counselling might be helpful if you are feeling tearful, emotional and find you are thinking negatively. If you are feeling overwhelmed or stuck and unable to move forward then maybe it's time to explore any underlying issues that could be affecting your life.

Do you find you are falling back into unhealthy habits? Do you feel your emotions are out of control and you're easily upset, overwhelmed or frustrated?

If you are feeling as though you need to talk to someone then get in touch and we can see if we can work together.

Counselling offers a therapeutic relationship and the space and opportunity to discover more about yourself.

I work with individuals and couples.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Emma is the most patient therapist. I have never been able to open up to anyone like I have Emma, in my past few sessions. I just want to take this moment to truely thank you. I wish that I could afford more sessions. I hope you’ve had a lovely break and relaxed just as you always taught me. We all need a break every now and again

Emma is amazing and so supportive. She is very knowledgeable and can share helpful insights but balances that very well with empathetic listening before jumping to any solutions. I've worked with several therapists in the past, and Emma stands out in showing that she genuinely cares, is very empathetic, and is attentive in listening. Appreciate her support and am glad to be working with her.
