Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Alyssa has been a pleasure to work with and by far the best Therapist I’ve ever had.
Alyssa understood the type of person I was right away and provided me with thought exercises that helped me come to my own conclusions. I like structured approaches and she really provided the framework for me to work through a specific issue. I find her easy to talk to and I’m glad she’s willing to do video chats because I really like to see the person I’m talking to and I could tell she was legitimately always listening.
Great person to get advice. Good skill building. Great ADHD coach.
Alyssa was so kind, professional, and helpful. I will forever be grateful for her counsel and words to help me through one of the toughest times in my life. I highly recommend Alyssa to assist with mental health concerns.
I have been working with Alyssa for 4 months, and in that time, we were able to dig deep into my thoughts and historic events behind them. I learned my OCPD, for example, was a compensatory measure for my undiagnosed ADHD. I learned "looking stupid" would cause me to lash out at others. Therapy has improved my interactions with Mom and has led to greater understanding of our concerns for each other. Very eye opening when one gets into metacognition and CBT.
Alyssa has been such a big help with not only listening, but providing tools and understanding to why I may be doing certain things. I greatly appreciate the tools she has provided and has helped me process a lot of what is going on right now.
I like that she doesn’t tell me what I should do but let’s me figure out by myself. She isn’t judge mental she just listens. That is what I mostly need right now.
Awesome advice so far. I was looking for "ADHD Coach." Alyssa popped up. Great response rate, great person to vent to as well if needed. Awesome text responses. Asks good questions.
