Malik has been my therapist since September, and has been crucial in me 'handling' life. From dealing with limiting beliefs and navigating dating, to processing childhood issues and coping with lone adulting. My weekly sessions with Malik has been an essential part of my support system. He's unconventional and kooky (like myself) in all the right ways, and feels like you're talking to a wise friend who is always supportive of you, not some stuffy therapist who doesn't actually help you deal with the reality of situations. I want to recommend him to everyone, but I won't, because I want him to be my therapist for forever.

Malik's alternative techniques are fantastic and i have made progress in a very short time. I have been doing therapy for many years and not got very far at all. So I started doing self therapy online mostly focusing on self love and I finally started to feel a lot better. My Betterhelp therapist ended our sessions after 4 years and I needed to swap therapists and so I found Malik. So far it's been amazing working with Malik. His ideas and techniques compliment the self work I have been doing. I have made immense progress in just a few weeks with mailk. Malik is unconventional which is a breath of fresh air after years of CBT, he is a very intuitive and intelligent guy with a calm demeanor and gentle sense of humor.
