Jenna is the best therapist I’ve ever worked with, and she is absolutely lovely. She instinctively understands me, and is able to gently steer me towards understanding more about myself, learning self-care and looking at things through a new light. With her help I now feel like there is brightness in my life where there wasn’t before, and I’ve noticed many good things about myself too. I have a complex history, and lots of problems, and despite that Jenna has the ability to work through all the difficult stuff and get to the heart of the problem. I highly recommend Jenna to anyone looking for a new therapist.

I believe in the potential of all of us. It’s why I do what I do.

When we experience stressful times in life, it can be difficult to see our own strength, resilience and resourcefulness. I will empower you to reconnect with these skills and discover your own coping strategies to serve you now and in the future.

Perhaps you are wondering why certain patterns repeat themselves in life? In therapy, I can help you to explore how your own life experiences may have shaped how you think, feel and behave in certain situations.

I am licensed in the UK with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients coping with grief and loss, with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, & depression. I have experience supporting individuals diagnosed with life -limiting or life- changing health conditions. Such changes in life can alter the perception that we have of ourselves and the world around us, but they don’t have to define us.

I am trained in Psychodynamic Counselling. I integrate other approaches in my work, including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Psychosynthesis and creativity. My approach is client-led using my skills and knowledge to best suit your requirements from therapy.

I have a compassionate and warm approach. I will validate your feelings and listen with empathy and without judgment.

If my words resonate with you, please get in touch I look forward to working with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
