  • BACP, NCPS

I began my training in 2002 and. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional and sexual abuse.

My therapy style is to help you feel at ease in the process of therapy, and I believe that you are the expert in you, I often describe the process of therapy as like We are walking along a garden path together, and I am clearing away the brambles to reveal something that you already know, but were just unable to see. I believe in treating each individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, My approach is integrative using elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, A Body Centred Approach, I have over six years experience in The Hakomi Psychotherapy method, psychoanalysis and I will adjust my approach to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you

Carol is the BEST therapist I have encountered on this platform. I have changed a few therapists as I was not making the progress I desired to make, until I met Carol. She is very experienced, intuitive, and genuinely caring. I always feel better after talking to Carol - she has deep wisdom and insights that illuminated my life. Carol is the candlelight that sparkles when the room is dark and cold. Anyone who meets her is blessed.
