I am a qualified experienced Counsellor, I have over 23 years of experience in a variety of health, fitness and wellbeing fields. I am humanistic in my approach, I have incorporated parts of CBT, mindfulness, meditation and art therapy techniques into my practice. As well as key principle focuses on creating a therapeutic relationship that is interactive, positive and encouraging. I act as the facilitator on their journey, I believe that counselling is a journey of self-exploration by the client meant to increase their level of self-understanding and self-awareness. So this will allow them to think or process their own thoughts and feelings within the safe environment of counselling. I look forward to working with you

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

What I love most about Louise is that she truly listens and helps me figure out how to work through my emotional struggles. Some that I had not yet articulated well enough to figure out what to do and how to go about them.

Louise has changed my life for the better after I lost myself and became someone I could not recognise and I did not like. One of my goals when I started talking with Louise was to rekindle a relationship that had just broken down after 12 years, but thanks to her insightful, caring, kind, exceptional understanding of me and the mind she helped me rekindle a relationship with myself :) having Louise in my life is having a guardian angel on earth! She is a phenomenal therapist, and I am so grateful to have her in my life! I can't recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Louise! :) xxx

A BIG THANK YOU LOUISE! I started my sessions with Louise 5 months ago and it has been a truly life changing experience. Louise has helped me work through relationships and difficult childhood experiences and taught me new skills to overcome these in my adult life. She has been extremely supportive and very quick to understand my perspectives. Louise knew exactly what I needed and what would help me in the process. I am very grateful for this experience and will miss my sessions with Louise Thank you for everything!

Louise is a great trauma therapist and I’m so glad I was matched with her on the app. She understands why I feel the way I do and is always very supportive and understanding about the underlying reasons behind it. She is easy to deal with, very responsive, and an all-round lovely person to speak to once a week. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and feel like I have learnt a lot about myself already. I highly recommend Louise.
