I am a licensed therapist in Minnesota with over 12 years of experience working as a counselor and therapist. I predominantly work with ages 10-65 years of age, but will work with anyone that is looking for healing. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, foster-care, traumatic experiences, sexual assault, abuse, parent-child relationship problems, school challenges, social anxiety, gender and sexual identity issues, disruptive mood disorders, anger issues, self-harm and suicidal ideations, sensory processing issues, high functioning autism/Asperger's, ODD, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, client centered, art and play therapy techniques, mindfulness, relationship focused, narrative therapy, DBT skills, body and mind connection based therapy, and trauma focused therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step and build confidence in yourself, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

- Pay a low flat fee.
- Convenient.
- Do it at your own time and at your own pace. Communicate whenever you feel it's needed.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Great!
I think she is awesome. I feel truly like she is listening to what I am saying
I feel very fortunate to have Rebecca as my therapist. She listens and understands my issues and provides the tools to help manage my issues. Recommend her 10/10!
Rebecca is calm and welcoming, and is able to ask leading questions to get you to think critically about yourself and your life. She’s able to help guide you in peeling away layers of your issues to get at the underlying cause and help begin the work of processing
Rebecca makes me want to talk, cry, and share my feelings so openly with her. I feel so comfortable opening up to her.
I'm amazed at how fast Ms. Zabinski was able to picked up on, what feels like to me, my very complex issue. I was expecting to spend a lot of time catching up which was not the case. She's great at keeping things light and asks great questions. Wonderful.
I am comfortable talking to her about anything and her helps me through the things I'm going through.
YOU DO GREAT GREAT WORK!!!
I just starting working with Rebecca recently and the response I’ve gotten from her makes me feel important! She was messaging me with some intake items AND making sure we had an appointment on the books right away!
Rebecca has been a safe place for me to express my feelings while also challenging my beliefs of myself and the world around me. I respond well to someone who is caring but pushes me to get out of my comfort zone and rebecca has been that for me. Couldnt ask for a better therapist
So wonderful to work with, highly highly recommend!!
So far so good..I've liked her so far
She has been such a great listener and prompt at responding. Great experience!
I honestly love how she gets right to it and I don’t feel like I’m wasting my money… I’ve recommended several friends to sign up for BetterHelp and they all say “I need your therapist”
She listens to me, doesn't get defensive and doesn't try to fix me
Rebecca is an excellent and friendly therapist. I never needed to even try to find a different one through better help, because she was able to meet my needs right away. A problem I had been putting off for months and unable to deal with myself was dispatched fairly quickly with her assistance. 10/10 would recommend!
