My approach is predominately person centred tailored to your needs. Imagine being safe, heard and understood; I strive to provide that space! Initially I will mostly listen helping you to get clarity in your own mind regarding your situation, your needs and your options. As we get to know each other we may use elements of CBT, Compassion Focussed Therapy and other approaches according to your needs. It is a scary process, but I believe in a gentle approach that does not retraumatised. I have worked in addiction within a Trauma Informed approach and bereavement with a more Solution Focussed approach giving us a lot of scope to lead you to be in a better place. I am licensed in the UK with experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

My therapy experience led by Megan has been amazing. In 2 months I have felt most of my anger issues have been addressed and processed. I have gained new tools that I can use to work through my emotions in a healthy way. I have learned to express myself more honestly and clearly to the people around me, which strengthened my relationships with them. Megan helped me to see things in a new light and a fresh perspective. She helped me ask the right questions and then helped me ground myself after exploring the unknown. Thank you for changing my life. I highly recommend her.

Thanks Megan, I feel as though I got what I needed out of our sessions. Having a fresh perspective from a professional who knows how to ask the right questions and push me to my own conclusions has helped me immensely. I was always skeptical about the whole "the answers are within you already" line.. but I truly believe this to be the case now. It just takes a helping hand.
