Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Great therapist. Great listener and asks though provoking follow up questions. Genuinely cares and is very accommodating. Highly recommend!
She has been extremely helpful she does a good job of bringing to light some things that I would rather not acknowledge and helping Me work through them
A young therapist with so much knowledge. Just what I needed. Will recommend to anyone
Taylor has helped me in tremendous ways when I was at my lowest point. Her patience and insight has been invaluable to my healing journey. She has helped me make really important decisions in my life and to understand my relationships from different perspectives. She has given me the tools I needed to cope and make healthy changes in my life. I can honestly say that I could not have achieved all of the improvements that I have made without her. I could not have asked for a more amazing therapist!! I am very grateful to have been matched with Taylor.
Really helpful
While my time working with Taylor was short, I realized that it was a good enough amount of time for me to re-evaluate what’s most important to me. I know I needed to focus but didn’t know where to start putting back the pieces of my life together but I was happy that just talking it out with her gave me some direction that I needed. I went through a loss while talking to her but for some reason I was able to feel at ease as I navigated that change in my life. Grateful!
