Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
She is punctual, never judges and always listens
Very attentive therapist who want to help.
A thoughtful therapist and great listener. But not afraid to challenge (in a good way) you when you go off on a tangent and gets you back to the reasons why you're there.
A true professional and a genuine person.
I had recently separated from my wife, and sought therapy, so I could improve myself and my situation. Ursula helped me through this difficult time and listened carefully to what I said. It took a lot of work on my part - therapy is pointless is you don’t put things into action - but I have now made progress to the point where I feel a lot more at ease. Thanks Ursula.
Ursula has been very helpful in my therapy journey and i am very grateful for their kindness
She is a great listener and makes me feel very safe and seen during the sessions. Thank you so much for being there for me when I needed someone to be there for me.
Ursula has been a breath of fresh air for me. Invalidation has been a common theme throughout my life, so it’s been really refreshing to give someone a glimpse into all that’s happened and for them to acknowledge how heavy a burden it is to carry. I look forward to continuing to work with her to navigate the continuing turbulence in my life.
Ursula has been very helpful from start to finish. As my first therapy experience I am very please with the service. Thank you for helping me on my journey.
Ursula is incredibly patient, nonjudgmental and a very good listener. She takes care to understand me, my life and experiences and has provided very considered and helpful support. I’ve really benefited from therapy sessions with her and I’m sure others will feel the same.
It's been challenging the past few weeks dealing with trauma symptoms, including, severe anxiety and depression. My experience with Ursula has been positive as she's been there to listen; she's made me feel heard, and I have gained more clarity through unpacking personal matters.
I am a better calmer person because of her.
Ursula has been great support for me. She has helped me to connect with my feelings and a lot of the time I spent with her, I have spent crying. I can recommend her as an empathetic listener.
Over the past two months, Ursula helped me to work through my feelings and emotions surrounding grief. She is a natural listener. I had never experienced therapy before and she made the process very comfortable for me.
Great listener and offers good feedback
Ursula is a tremendous help to me during an incredibly challenging time. She enables me to think about myself differently, in particular how and why I think the way I do. She's enabled me to view things in a totally different way, even though I'm very early in my therapy journey. Alongside all of this, she is kind and supportive, which makes me feel comfortable to talk about things that I've hidden or avoided for a long time.
I matched with Ursula as I wanted someone I could talk to in general. I wanted someone to listen to me and help me work out who I am after feeling a bit lost to motherhood. Ursula has let me jump around and discuss what felt important on the day. She has made useful suggestions on things I could work on. It has been a pleasure talking to Ursula and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who will listen, reflect and support.
Ursula has been immensely helpful in supporting me with my anxiety and helping me to understand my own thoughts and feelings.
Working with Ursula has been really rewarding. through listening deeply and giving me space, she has helped me to deal with some issues that have been plaguing me for a while, and helped me understand where I need to focus my attention to help me feel better. She's given me some tools that I have found really practical and helpful and allowed for me to unravel and make sense of some things that were too muddled to me sense of before.
In the few sessions that I have had with Ursula, I have began the process of healing. I appreciate her willingness to listen to me with empathy.
