Jecinta has been so helpful, I really needed someone to help drag me out this hole and give me tools to use daily to help me rebuild myself and my confidence. I also learned alot about myself and the words and language I use about myself without evening knowing how much I was putting myself down and blaming myself for everything. Jecinta is definitely the best therapist I've had so far, she allows me to speak but also challenges my thoughts/beliefs in a constructive and proactive way. She creates a nonjudgmental space and gives me some things to reflect on at the end our our sessions. I am week 2 going into week 3 of my therapy sessions with her and I can already tell I'm going to gain so much through the work I am doing with Jecinta. She's great!

On our first session, Jecinta made me feel at ease to open up, talk about my struggles and my feelings. With Jacinta I developed a good sense of awareness and I became a better version of myself. I learnt how to take control of my life and plan a better future. I remember when I first started my sessions with Jecinta, I was physically ill, having constant panic attacks, on medication, neglecting my work, home and myself. After a few sessions I am now off the meds, working out, studying and starting a completely new career soon!. I am ever so grateful I have met Jecinta, she has changed my life and is helping me pave the way to my new future. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs help and guidance.
