I utilize a blend of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for the inherent wisdom and capacity for healing within each person.
The most powerful tool in my therapeutic toolbox is the Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT. Through gentle tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional experiences, EFT helps to release emotional blockages, reduce stress, and promote emotional balance and resilience.
I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which recognizes that within each individual exists a system of distinct parts, each with its own unique perspective and role. By fostering curiosity and compassion towards these inner parts, I help clients cultivate self-awareness, heal emotional wounds, and integrate conflicting aspects of the self.
In addition, I incorporate Solution-Focused Therapy techniques to help clients identify and amplify their strengths, resources, and solutions. By shifting the focus from problems to possibilities, we work collaboratively to create concrete, achievable goals and develop practical strategies for positive change.
Mindfulness practices form an integral part of my therapeutic approach, guiding clients to cultivate present-moment awareness, non-judgment, and self-compassion. Through mindfulness-based interventions, clients learn to cultivate greater resilience, reduce reactivity to stressors, and deepen their connection to themselves and others.
