I am licensed in Florida with 3 1/2 years of professional work experience. I graduated with my master's degree in Missouri from UMSL. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, & abuse. My work experience includes one on one counseling to those who have wanted to work through relationship failures, traumas, and those working to improve different aspects of their life to become their healthiest version of self. In addition I work with individuals to help them to identify any behaviors that can be impairing to aspects of their life. My goal is to help my clients to improve in themselves and to develop healthy functioning relationships to assist them in living a more fulfilling life. With that being said it starts with working on one's self to become the best version they can be.

My counseling style involves using a collaborative approach in order for us both to be apple to work together as a team. This approach I use involves cognitive behavioral , mindfulness, solution focused, and relational counseling. I promote a nonjudgmental, supportive space where I will work to assist clients in developing self-awareness and healthier communication techniques.

I look forward to helping my clients develop healthy relationships with other human beings without it becoming an emotional roller coaster ride filled with anger and hurt. In congruence with this I also want to assist my clients in creating a sense of emotional well-being to develop a more confident sense of self and fulfilling life. If you are ready for healthy changes within yourself, I am here to support and empower you on your journey.

I look forward to working together!

Having never been in therapy before, Hayley has been fantastic for easing my fears and calming my anxiety over the matter. She has been able to expertly guide the conversation with insightful questions when I was worried about not having anything to say. Her insight is refreshing and she has a way of easing the pain of opening up old wounds so they aren’t as terrifying or painful.

Hayley is the first person I’ve actually been excited to schedule an appointment with! She always greets me with such enthusiasm and kindness and has really helped me through this tough time I’ve been having. My schedule is pretty crazy and she is also great at letting me know if she has last minute openings when my schedules change and I can no longer make my appointments.

From the beginning, Hayley has made me comfortable to share and speak out about my struggles. You can hear and see the sincerity from her side to understand and help her patient. I don’t feel judged, and she challenges me to reflect about my thoughts and actions. I feel lighter after our sessions, and I look forward to more of it. It’s only been two weeks but I can stay that Hayley and therapy have been a great help to me so far.

It feels great to have someone listen and not to be judged. She listens and says the right thing and has powerful words. I'm a man who doesn't like to say much and it hasn't been long but she is helping in a very positive way for me and my family. Says alot to me that my wife notices things changing.

Hayley made me feel safe, and listened when I spoke. She was able to hear me and understand my hardship and provide me with strategies to help with my mental health. But most of all she understood when no one else did. I am great full for you Hayley. Thank you.

I strongly recommend working with Hayley. She is extremely caring, thoughtful, patient, and non judgmental. As someone new to therapy, I wasn't sure what to expect especially with a virtual component, but its been an amazingly positive experience. I was going through a tough life transition and she has been instrumental in helping me not only go through it, but thrive. I attribute a lot of my growth to working with her, and she's truly added to my healing journey/life.

Hayley has been an integral part of my self-discovery/ self-healing journey. She is a great listener, and one thing I like about her is that she is not pushy with her opinions. Sometimes there's a right way to do things but I am never rushed to make a decision or to act on something. She gives me the freedom to decide on my own, leading me to think and accept my decisions and choices. I know she's my therapist but she feels like a friend- someone who accepts me and is supportive of all that I do. Thank you!
