More about Chloe

I am licensed in the UK. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma, and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I work in a person-centered way, making sure my focus is always on my client's needs. I offer a non-judgemental service in which I aim to empower my clients to find themselves through therapy.

I have a lot of experience working with severe trauma and drug and alcohol addiction. After completing my degree in counseling and psychotherapy, I studied for a Master's in Psychology, however, I believe that certificates and degrees do not make a good therapist. I believe that being human and having understanding, warmth, and compassion are more important and I honestly believe I can offer all of these things, as well as having a wealth of knowledge in my area.

I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to signing up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

I look forward to hearing from you.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I've been seeing Chloe for at least 3 months now and the changes in myself are totally priceless. I'm in the best place I've ever been mentally. Chloe is non judgemental, kind and keeps a perfect balance between friendly and professional. She has also adapted her theraputic angle many times to suit things ive needed and asked for like challenges to my thought processes and judgements, allowed me to use art to explore various feeling etc. and I've found that extremely useful to my progress. Due to all of this, the therapy feels very authentic and like Chloe takes it very seriously and that it's more than just a job

Having Chloe as a therapist has been a really wonderful experience. She helped me through a difficult personal and challenging professional time. Her empathy and ability to create a safe space made it really easy to dive right in. Her questions and pointers made me reflect deeply on various aspects of my life and situations I went through. I am incredibly thankful to her for helping me navigate some difficult emotions and seeing my personal growth. Thank you!

Chloe has been brilliant! I was super skeptical about starting therapy, and felt instantly at ease after my first session with Chloe. She's relatable, friendly, a great listener, and so flexible/accommodating. I've made so much progress, she really has helped me change my life. You're in such safe hands with Chloe :)

I've not had many sessions but every one I've had I've come away feeling so much better. She's helped me make links that I hadn't considered that's helped me to see things from a different perspective. She's also challenged my thinking and actions (which I'm very grateful for) it had REALLY helped me with how I interact with others. The outcomes are better for everyone. Chloe has been like an anchor. The way she asks me how I would like her to help me but at the same time knows exactly what to do and how to challenge me has made me feel very grounded. I'm really looking forward to the work that needs to be done

Chloe has been incremental in my development of self-understanding after working with her over the past 3 months. I am so grateful to Chloe for helping me see and understand different perspectives to make sense of my life. Chloe helped me to feel validated in my thoughts while questioning some pre-conceived ideas I had, which has made me more self aware, positive, and equipped with the understanding of how I work and how I can maximise my traits. Working with Chloe has been life changing for me, and I really hope to work with her again soon. Thank you again for everything!

Having therapy with Chloe has completely transformed my life for the better. She is an amazing therapist, she really listens and understands all the nuances of what you are saying. Without giving advice, she gave me insights and suggestions that led me to find new ways of understanding my situation for myself, as well as actions and a way forward. Chloe provided me with the safe space to process traumatic memories for the first time, and even though it wasn’t easy, I felt fully supported. I have come away from therapy with Chloe feeling like my life is on a different, much better path now; and I feel more whole and at peace. For that I am eternally grateful and want to thank her.
