Hello. I’m so glad you’ve taken the first step to reach out through BetterHelp and choosing us to start the next chapter of your journey. Whether you are seeking hope, healing or support, I feel privileged to provide the safe space for you to do so . Counseling is about finding a therapist who truly listens. If you are ready to be heard, you've come to the right place.

I have my Master's Degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from The Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I also hold a school counseling certification, and I am a national certified counselor. I have been in the field for 16 years now working with a variety of populations from children to adults. As a licensed therapist, I focus on Cognitive Behavioral techniques. If this sounds like jargon, it's ok! You only need to approach therapy with your authentic self, and I will do the same. I have worked with people struggling with sadness and depression, addiction, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, anger, relationships, grief, eating disorders, phobias and parenting; just to name a few. It’s my objective to support you in reaching your goals at your own pace. I’m here to facilitate personal growth when you are feeling like it might not be reachable.

My goal is to allow you to feel safe, supported and challenged, yet empowered. I will listen, guide and support you to be the best version of yourself you can be! Whether you decide to work with me or another therapist, I am proud of your strength for getting to this step and I wish you health and happiness moving forward.

Please reach out if you feel that I could be helpful to you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
