I have 12+ years’ experience working with a range of individuals from various mental health community services, inpatient units and crisis intervention. I also worked in a Therapeutic Community which was DBT focused with ladies who have a personality disorder/DID diagnosis. I have observed remarkable transformations in people and I genuinely believe in you too. The work I do now is more holistic rather than clinical. I organised mental health awareness events for 5 years. I was handpicked from a global magazine Brainz to write articles related to mental health and wellbeing. There are various other global projects I work on as I’m extremely passionate about connecting with my peers but also being open minded for my clients.

I studied BA(Hons) in Psychology specialising in Clinical. Then went on to study my PGDip in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy which ensures ethical working. Also, fully Insured with an Enhanced DBS. My therapeutic influence is from an Integrative Approach mostly linked to Humanistic, Relational, Psychodynamic & Creative ways of working. My expertise and skill set encourages depth whilst offering genuine empathy. I am keen to meet your individual needs and being mixed race, I really value diversity. There are various traumatic experiences I’ve personally had to deal with in the past that have needed a lot of deep work. I am committed to my own progress and will always try be the best Therapist I can too.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Dec 2023

Canse has such a kind soul, she genuinely cares and wants to help you. I was nervous about online therapy, I'd never tried it before but during my first session Canse immediately took that worry away. She makes you feel safe and 100% supported from the start. Canse has been my therapist since October 2022 when everything in my life seemed so complicated and overwhelming, but her patience, immense knowledge and experience has guided me through difficulties with family/friend relationships, childhood experiences, life decisions and scary mental health struggles. She is non-judgemental, an exceptionally good listener, friendly and fun! Communication was faultless, Canse responds to messages quickly. There is never any pressure to talk lots in sessions, she will sit with you through the hardest times of your life and be nothing but kind, understanding and accepting. I couldn't recommend Canse high enough!! Thank you for helping me be me again!

Canse is an amazing being. She listens deeply and really creates a space for you to feel safe. She asks the right questions for deep personal reflections and uses creative context/exercises that encourage a different way of looking at things. I have learned a lot of tools and practical integrations a nice balance between mind and body.
