Yes you need empathy and compassion as a therapist, but to truly HELP people you’ve gotta force them to get up out of the pile of urine they’re sitting in, and most don’t do that. They’re just empathetic listeners. Shaunta brings a great amount of intelligence and discernment to the table. She is truly sharp and on point.
