I practice Solution Focused problem solving as well as techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with my clients to build resiliency, work towards overall wellness and maintain recovery. Erin is the best. She understands that I am a Gen X and grew up in a time where we did not talk about our feelings, or anything that may have happened.
