In the private sector I have provided third-party employee support on behalf of Workplace Options. I have worked for charities Age UK Camden and Charter Harley Street and have worked extensively within the NHS for Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust and the South London and Maudsley Foundation Trust.

More recently I have worked as clinical lead for the counselling team at the London School of Economics.

I am a humanistic therapist influenced by Carl Rogers, Melanie Klein, Erik Erikson and Erich Fromm. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from the Centre for Personal and Professional Development and an MSc in Psychotherapy Studies from the New School of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
