She is kind, I vibe well with her nwcausw she watches things I watch as well as she is able to work with me wherever I am at that day. As well she had never taken on someone with multiple personalities before but she asked for help from a colleague and chose to take me on. She is able to find humor on trauma which is something incredibly important to me to have in a therapist. Without humor my trauma would destroy me. She is also willing to go above and beyond to make things in a way you need it. I asked to make a safety plan. I said it would be cool if there were pictures to help when I'm in crisis. I expected one once in a while. But I received a photo on every piece of the list. Photos I can see and identify when in need. She did this all on her own time. She is able to get me to spill everything on my mind without fear of judgment. I would 100% recommend. Especially for 20ish year Olds. All in all I think she's awesome.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
