Do you struggle with low self-confidence that's holding you back at work or in your personal life? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, I'm here to help. As an integrative counsellor, I specialise in helping people explore their confidence, self-criticism and anxiety issues. Together, we'll explore your current struggles as well as any past experiences that may be contributing to your challenges. We'll work to identify patterns and break them, so you can develop more self-confidence and overall well-being.

At the core of my counselling approach is the belief in self acceptance, practising self-care, and showing ourselves self-compassion. I'm passionate about helping my clients accept all parts of themselves, even those parts that may cause them shame or guilt. In my therapy room, you'll always find a safe and accepting space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgement.
