Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Wonderfully insightful, she's been a great help to me!
These are my second round of seasons with Su, she’s been a revelation for how I can handle my mental health and I’ve come on leaps and bounds this year during some really stressful personal situations. 100% recommend. If there are any men out there thinking of therapy, please consider it, you won’t regret it.
Su has been absolutely amazing. She's really helped me through a very stressful and painful journey, it's been really interesting working with her. She's been so supportive and understanding, remaining non judgmental and allowing me the space and time to work on myself and be the driving force in my therapy. I'd very happily recommend her.
