My sessions with Rachel have, without a doubt, changed my life for the better. She genuinely understands my challenges and articulates them for me. My name is Rachel Stafford, and I am a fully qualified and licensed psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP.

I am very mindful that the fact you are reading this now, means you have taken that first step to seek help from a therapist.

Knowing you are not alone and having the chance to talk to someone who is trained to listen, without judgment, can be profoundly helpful. Talking about our emotions and how we truly feel can often bring such clarity to our lives and a real awareness of self, to help us sow the seeds of change.

Finding the right therapist is an important part of your journey. It's not easy to open up and put your trust in a stranger, but it is my belief that with the right therapist, you can begin to experience the benefits that a therapeutic relationship can have on your life.

I look forward to speaking with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Rachel Stafford is a great therapist and an amazing human being. I was in therapy before, but I never felt understood or helped in a professional yet empathic manner. The sessions with Rachel have changed my life for the better. She listens, she understands, and she knows what to do and how to gently keep me on the safe path of healing. She is the first yo understand my real issues and concerns, even when I am in a fog of despair. I do recommend her with all my heart, she will change your life. I can only say that I am grateful to have met her.
