There is no quick fix when things feel overwhelming or go pear shaped in our life, and both are inevitable at some point because lithe human experience is like that. We will all experience challenges.
I am here to support you in those times , so that together we can navigate those challenging waters until you feel like you are on solid ground once more.
I’d like to celebrate you for being here, it’s the first step and often a there is a strong sense of anticipation or vulnerability around it, and that ok.
It’s my intention that you leave feeling more resilient, stronger and happier in yourself than when you arrived, so that next time life throws you a curve ball, you have more capacity to meet it. I look forward to meeting you.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Sara is brilliant
Sara is an incredibly compassionate and wise therapist. Her ability to listen without judgment and offer thoughtful insights has been transformative in my healing process. I feel comfortable sharing my vulnerabilities with her and appreciate the non-judgmental space Sara creates in our sessions. Sara's compassionate approach, combined with her knowledge and expertise, has helped me gain a better understanding of myself and my emotions.
My first Session taking part with therapy and Sara eased me in with such a warm welcome. Her concentration in your matters or concerns just makes the session more worth while to know you have someone that’s genuinely interested and ready to help. Not only would/ (have) I recommend Better Help to friends & family, but also Sara in particular herself as she seems so well relatable and considerate.
Sara is an amazing therapist. Nurturing, caring, empathic, she creates a safe space for me to be vulnerable in. I just feel so safe with her, and understood. She totally gets what I'm saying and she lives it with me, in that moment. She accompanies me on my journey so I feel braver to explore areas of my life I havent before.
Perfect, sorry no time to write more
