It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Cadyn helped me through a very difficult time in my marriage. He offered a perspective on what I was going through that I was not hearing from others. He was also full of suggestions for ways I could lower my stress and ease my workload at home. Very grateful to him for his wisdom and compassion.
Cadyn is very friendly and will listen to anything you have to say. I definitely would choose him to be my therapist if I was given a chance to again.
They are amazing I connect better with them then my last one.
I really appreciate the open conversation and all of the helpful suggestions! This has been really helping me!
I’ve only had a couple of sessions with Cadyn (aka Liam) and they have been awesome. Liam is super easy to talk with and is really good at what he does. I’ve found that sharing my journal entries with him (especially prompted entries or “brain dumps”) has been really beneficial as it allows us to communicate even more outside of just the video call once a week. Having been a therapist myself in a past life, I want others to know that Liam is a “therapists therapist” and is the type of guy that is a genuine pleasure to work with.
Therapy has been a positive and helpful experience thus far.
Very professional!
He's a great person and is kind
He’s been great, easy to work with and I am satisfied with working with him.
I am grateful for Liam's supportive nonjudgemental approach. He is a good listener and is helping me through a difficult time. I highly recommend him.
One of the best therapists there is. He listens and understands and is so helpful. I'm glad he's been able to help me out.
Cadyn (who actually goes by Liam) has been a huge help for me during my transition process (I’m trans). He has resources I wouldn’t know how to find and has a vast knowledge of LGBTQ issues, which I really appreciate about him!
Very campasionate carring professional very easy to talk to even for some one like has had a hard time sharing in the past.
He’s very easy to talk to and always shows up and responds quickly and on time!
I absolutely love talking with Cadyn. They have helped from the moment I reached out, giving me this calm open place to open up about some intense internal struggles. I in a short amount of time have been able to repair the damages I was looking to fix. If it wasn’t for better help with the matching process to cadyn being a safe space. I am not sure where I would be at. Thank u from the bottom of my heart and mental health.
An extremely caring and responsive. Helped me manage one of the most trying and emotionally challenging times in my life.
Liam is amazing. He gets me and when he doesn't he stays with and brings me back down as much as he can. I've had a lot of in person therapist who would experience me triggered and after that they walk on egg shells. It's not that scary I just turn into a terrified child. Liam walks me back to a safe place and can tell when to go easy. Using the app allows me to give updates on my state of mind throughout the week. I get to brag about myself or completely freak out in text and get help processing. I know Liam cares and I have a really hard time with that in general.
Still in the early stages of our relationship but Cadyn has been really great. He actively listens, asks questions, and offers helpful advice and/or perspective throughout our sessions. He's in the Goldilocks zone of being not too pushy or too passive. He seems to read people well. A+ would mental health again!
So far he has already helped me with my PTSD and I’ve only had one session with him. He’s very detailed and pays attention.
The first therapist I’ve been able to build a good rapport with. I have gotten so much from our sessions.
Cadyn has been amazing. He listens, offers advice, strategies, and coping ideas… He does not just brush my thoughts or my feelings aside and actually listens to what I am saying and helps me understand what I am feeling is very valid.
Calm and kind. Great at facilitating discussions and recommending tools to help with dealing with anxiety and depression.
I just started using Better help but so far Cadyn has been very helpful and positive. It's good to have someone to talk to about all of the things running through my head and life.
Cadyn has been a tremendous help when navigating my recent life transitions and bringing out skills to aid me in managing my anxiety.
Probably one of the best therapists there is on here! He's super helpful, nice, and understands my concerns! I'm glad I have him as my therapist! :D
I Love working with Cadyn. He is very communicative and clearly understood everything I am going through, identified additional underlying issues, and gave me very helpful information to help me work through
Liam is pretty awesome
Caden has listen to what I am going through and given great advice on how to move and find my feelings.
