Hello,

Thank you for reading about me. I am Health Care and Professional Council, (HCPC), licensed Dramatherapist which is a branch of Arts Psychotherapy and I have over 12 years of professional work experience as a trauma informed Therapist.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, coping with grief, loss and childhood issues.

I believe that you are not only the expert of your story but also the main narrator. You have might have strengths that can assist you in overcoming challenges, so through our sessions I can support you to rediscover yourself and those strengths.

As well as arts therapy and talking therapy I have supported clients using CBT and Clinical Hypnotherapy. My foundation is of building a relationship together where compassion and non-judgement are key.

As a Dramatherapist, there can be an invitation for you to use creative ways of exploring your life, through art, music, poetry and movement. This is just an invitation and I don't hold any expectations of how you may want to express yourself.

It takes courage to ask for help and to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support what you need in that journey.

If there are other times that you need, that are not on my schedule, please let me know.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
