Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Nicholas is a great, experienced therapist. He feels the person and has strong skills of forming a therapeutic bonding. During an online consultation, which naturally has time and form limits, he skillfully creates safe space where you can dip into deepest layers of your psyche.
Nicholas is incredibly insightful and great at trying to bring you out of your conscious mind into the unconscious to get to the core issues manifesting in daily struggles. He respects your knowledge about yourself and therapeutic approaches while also stretching you in a healthy way. I always find our sessions to being about profound food for thought beyond any specific problem I've brought to session.
