Diane is absolutely brilliant. I wasn’t expecting therapy to be so laid back and easy to deal with. I deal with a little social anxiety but she’s gotten me to come out of my shell within the second session. Would highly recommend.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've never been a fan of therapy but I was struggling with depression and anxiety and Dr. Morgan was the most amazing wise and kind supporter through the whole process. I had a lot of trouble with big life changes and she helped me reframe it as an opportunity, not something to be afraid of. She made herself available for emergency appointments when I had a few crises and supported me constantly through the chat line. I'm so grateful for her help!!

Diane Chambers is extremely empathetic with her clients. I find I can talk about anything without feeling scared or nervous. She helps me dive into a situation and confront what it's impact is having on my life. This allows me to approach a conflict with more thoughtfulness and care towards myself and others.
