The mechanisms Tom has taught me for coping have been life changing. The more I practice the better I am able to handle events in life, good or bad. It’s helped me sleep after a lifetime of anxious insomnia and allowed me to move past things that I believe were holding me back, even if I didn’t realize at the time. I am a better person to everyone around me because of his guidance

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

This man has completely changed my view about therapy. He has done a sublime job creating a comfortable, relaxed and safe environment paired with his confident and caring nature to give you the best therapy I've ever received. He is a true down to earth human with real experience that listens and understands. 11/10.

Tom has a way of creating an environment where it’s easy to “let your guard down” and relax into conversation - making therapy a lot less scary, especially for beginners not knowing what to expect. He is very easy to talk to and is always able to ease you into subjects that may be a source of tension in your life through his ability to relate to your unique situation, or to frame it in a way that you can better understand it. He has given me the tools necessary to navigate life’s ebbs and flows in an intelligent and productive way, which has brought an overall sense of clarity and calmness to my mind. I am very open about therapy, and would/do recommend Tom highly to anybody who inquires about it.

Tom is very down to earth and easy to talk to. We have many things in common which made me very comfortable.

Reviewed June 2023

Tom has been a great resource for guidance and an outlet for me to vent over the past couple of weeks. I feel strongly about our sessions and very much enjoy speaking to him. Him and I seem to have quite a bit in common, so it's nice to be able to talk to someone who I can relate to. When we're not really digging into deep issues, we're talking about hobbies, beliefs, etc - so it keeps things interesting and fun - which is also an effective way to break the ice and help me bring my guard down so I can comfortably open up more.
