Iren entered my life when I needed a therapist and I couldn't have been successful in my recovery without her advice, she really listened and validated my feelings. Then proceeded to provide homework, if she gives you homework (as I like to call it), do it, I promise it helps. Iren is a breath of fresh air to my recovery. Lastly, I read a review that Iren saved her life, at first I thought, that's a bit much. Well guess what, she saved my life too.

Iren has been so incredibly helpful in the past year I've been working with her. She is always extremely patient, and has given me recommendations that have helped me tremendously. I am very fortunate to continue to work with her. She has a very down-to-earth manner that makes it easy to communicate with her. I'm so grateful for all the advice she's given me!

I've been in and out of therapy since I was a teenager, and in over 25 years I have to say Iren is probably the therapist that I have clicked with the most. She's not afraid to go really deep and push me in ways that other therapists might not have been able to. I have tons and tons of respect for her and I'm extremely grateful to have found such a skillful therapist. Not every therapist is a good fit for every patient, but Iren has been an incredible fit for me and my journey. Very highly recommended.
