Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Overall rating:
Amazing therapist that gives tools and practical advice to help me grow and heal.
Jason is great and very easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable talking to him.
Very thought therapist.
Jason is knowledgeable and does a great job understanding what I am trying to say. He always has ways to make me see things differently and opens my mind to new ideas and thoughts. I would recommend him to everyone
In the four weeks I have interacted with Jason , he has been extremely helpful in uncovering some of the layers of my anxiety in a way that is kind and gentle while challenging my concepts even down to my word choice. I am grateful for our sessions and they turned out to he just what I need given the present circumstances.
After double digit years of therapy, there simply is NO ONE more professional, encouraging, wise and spot-on than the Master — Jason Belcourt. Eighteen months with Jason has provided just what was needed to change my perspective AND with a Christian point of view.
Jason listens to your problems and responds with empathy and high value strategies to help you cope, manage and grow in multiple domains of life. I highly recommend.
Jason is prompt to respond to messaging and listens well in sessions. He has a good mix of upbeat and fun attitude as well as serious listening. I would recommend!
Jason is the man! He strikes a great balance of both listening and offering insight and learning. I have been impressed with his ability to be personable and warm but also stay independent and keep the role and focus of a therapist.
Jason is excellent
I have been working with Jason for almost a year now. He has been so helpful and supportive in many life events I have had occur or am trying to work through. He is so kind and always listens! I can’t recommend him enough!
Jason is patient, understanding and able to give relative counsel.
Jason Belcourt is an authentically caring, experienced and helpful voice of reason. His professional presence in my life was one of the most valuable blessings of 2023. I eagerly anticipate new adventures and self growth with his steady leadership. If every BHBD therapist is even 25% as gifted and passionate about personal growth, this on-line resource will change the world.
Jason Belcourt is an amazing therapist. It is the first time Ive ever done therapy, and I had questioned if it would even benifit me prior. Jason has guided me through some tough times, and helped me get more present and out of the past. I couldnt be more satisfied. He is caring, understanding, and has a warm welcoming presence about himself. You can feel his personal care and connection to the healing he is providing. I would recomend him to anyone. He certainly can help you learn healthy coping skills, and to get past traumas in a calm non overwhelming approach.
Jason has been a great surprise , and tuned in very quickly to the issues. I value our time together.
Jason has been awesome to work with! I’ve worked with several therapists in the past, and I have to admit that connecting with a therapist through an app was a little different and scary for me. Normally I have worked with a therapist that was recommended to me by someone I trusted. To my surprise, Jason has probably become the most productive therapist I’ve ever worked with in terms of helping me actually address and work through issues that I have (I say to my surprise, because I’ve really gotten a lot of out some other therapists and didn’t have especially high expectations with a what felt like a random online therapist). . He is a great listener and very patient and non-judgmental, but at the same time, when I bring up an issue, he helps me make progress and doesn’t JUST listen. He listens, and then he helps me with solutions. I am very grateful to have found Jason!
Very easy to talk to great listener understands my concerns quickly. Has thorough understanding of what I am communicating with having to have a lot detail. Respects and values my honesty and concerns.
Jason is a skilled therapist who is always compassionate and patient. Highly recommend him!
Jason is a great therapist. He is easy to engage with and very insightful. He has provided me with the tools to better myself in all aspects of my life and I am truly thankful.
Jason has been life changing during my mental health journey. Not only did he talk through things thoroughly with me, he provided me with tools, understand, knowledge and confidence. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to better themselves.
He is so helpful in helping me work towards my goals, getting to know me, and allowing us to work on whatever needs to be worked on. He's very responsive, and I feel like I can trust him. I need Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and he is willing to guide me towards uncomfortable territory as I am able to handle it, and is also willing to back off when it's becoming too overwhelming. I feel like I can be honest with him, even with I'm ashamed of what I'm dealing with.
Jason seems to truly care.
I have met w Jason now 3 times and feel completely at ease. He is a wonderful listener and sheds so much insight to my situation. He delivers messages in a nice way of getting the point across but doing it kindly. I value his insight and feel comfortable in sharing with him. I would highly recommend Jason!
Jason is amazing to work with. I started with him at a very low point in my life, and he's helped me every week become stronger and move closer to my goals (professional, personal, and relational). He genuinely celebrates the victories and provides advice and options when I struggle. Can't recommend him enough!
As an adult with ADD, help specifically for those with “neural diversity” has been difficult to find. I feel understood, accepted, supported, and gently motivated to practice skills and habits - simple but profound actions - that are needed for success in every area of my life. Accountability, (NOT more information,) I believe, has been my missing link, but it has not been available from my friends, family, or even my church. Thank you so much for providing this service and for connecting me with my specific therapist!
Jason is is a great counselor. I have never done counseling before so I was a little timid at first. I was pleased to find that Jason is very easy to talk to and I was surprised at how quickly I opened up and started making progress with him. Even though the more difficult parts of our sessions, Jason is able to listen and respond in a way that I don’t feel like he is judging me, just trying to get me to dig deep into my thoughts and feelings.
I absolutely love Jason. He is extraordinarily validating to me yet gently moves me through the work of therapy. He is honest and transparent. I am able to text him with updates and questions and he always replies timely. He loves his work and this is obvious. I love the Better Help method of therapy. The ability to “touch base” with your therapist in between live sessions is very effective. I have already recommended better help and specifically Jason to several people. I highly recommend this method of therapy. I HIGHLY recommend Jason too. He will stick with you through the tough times. Thank you Jason!
Very understanding, good listener, highly recommend
Great
Jason is amazing! If you are willing to look at life with both an evidence-based (e.g. gottman) and spiritual lens, Jason is the best! Truly a blessing!
Jason has been a true blessing for me. He is respectful and gentle but knows exactly how to push back on perceptions I need to have challenged. He has been very helpful in giving me pointers on how to handle my stressors and has also been flexible as I need my infant daughter with me during sessions. He is a true professional I’d recommend to anyone!
Jason is awesome.
Very kind person, great therapist.
This is the best therapist I’ve ever had, hands down! Although he’s the only therapist I’ve ever had. He is very proactive, he lets you guide the conversations, and also gives you push back on your beliefs (which is my personal favorite). I highly recommend Jason Belcourt!
Jason is a Blessing!
Jason is awesome. Truly gets people.
I've only had a few session with Jason, but he has been a tremendous help in providing perspective on what I should be prioritizing and has given me tools to help with my stress management. I look forward to building these tools as I gain a better understanding of myself and the problems I face.
Jason is extremely helpful, an excellent communicator and problem solver!
