My sessions with Meghan have been beneficial. She is patient and compassionate. She has shared concrete strategies and worksheets to help me deal with various communication and emotional challenges. I always look forward to our sessions and I always feel better afterwards. While I'm sure Meghan would be able to help any client, I would encourage new members of BetterHelp to carefully and truthfully complete all the initial surveys, since this is how the system matches you with the best compatible therapists. Thank you, Meghan and BetterHelp for providing such an important service.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Meghan has been very attentive and respectful of my needs. She listens actively and provides helpful comments and questions. She has responded to all of my messages and commented on all of my shared journal entries, which I appreciate very much. So far I’ve only had 2 sessions and I feel like she’s given me tools that have helped me find some clarity on my current problem. I plan on sticking with we because she keeps it real and I feel comfortable talking to her.

It has been years since I've spoken with a therapist and a concern I initially had was if they would be someone I would feel comfortable talking to. On the first video chat with Meghan I immediately felt at ease, like I had known her for a really long time. She listens to all my concerns, gives me ideas to help me deal with things and although she is very professional, she comes across as very relatable. I really look forward to my video sessions with Meghan. I feel upbeat and have a positive outlook after speaking to her. She also responds in a very short time to any email messages I have sent her. Overall, Meghan McCloskey Is an amazing therapist and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get into therapy. She gets and A+ rating from me for sure.
