I will be seeing Helen soon for our fifth session, and I can truly say that my time spent in conversation with her was exactly what I needed. Her ability to truly listen and understand what I am communicating is inspiring; I have spent sessions explaining my life and past traumas for the majority of the session and never once did she make me feel uncomfortable to do so. Her sessions are also very reflective and I always come out with a new perspective or a greater understanding on the topics we discuss; I most certainly feel lighter in spirit after all our sessions.

Reviewed November 2022

Helen has practical experience in unravelling previous experiences that may be in the subconscious, this helps to better find the underlying issue in helping to understand the problem, and combined with her listening skills, gives room to be fully expressive.
