Elizabeth has been great. She understands my problems and really listens to me. She has come up with some great ways for me to respond to the neurotic thoughts I have to complete them in a way that shuts them down so they're not pestering me like they were. It's only taking a couple sessions and I've gone from a zero to an eight as far as how confident I'm feeling. She's the Boost I needed when I got into this rut I was in.
Elizabeth has deep experience and is able to balance being thoughtful and understand with challenging you to recognize the truth you don’t want to hear. Her motto is always “I want you to set yourself up to win” and she really means it.
