Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jennifer is a great listener and is always willing to talk through things and give suggestions without being pushy
Working with Jennifer is great. Always helpful and tremendously thoughtful.
So far I am really pleased I’m only 2 sessions in so actually we are just getting started but I feel really excited about continuing to see where this journey leads me.
Jennifer is a sensitive, tactful and knowledgeable therapist. She listens intently, offers insightful observations and validates my progress each week. I always leave my sessions feeling encouraged to continue my efforts to become a healthier version of myself. She's also willing to incorporate my faith belief system when I desire. I can see my progress from when I began to work with her a few months ago. I'm so thankful to be working with her.
Jennifer did an awesome job.
I have only been seeing Jennifer for a couple of weeks now and I feel as if we have been meeting for years. I instantly felt connected to her in our first session. She showed me things about why I react to certain things and why I feel a certain way and more as if it was solution to the missing link. That's the only way that I can describe it. I felt such peace and like some of the burden of not knowing why and how I am the way that I am. I really BELIEVE that God put her in my life. I am so grateful.
Jennifer Brown is a wonderful therapist. I would absolutely continue with her if my insurance covered the cost of therapy. At this point, the therapy is too expensive for me to pay out of pocket. I will need to continue with a therapist who accepts insurance.
Jennifer is so amazing at helping identify root causes, and finding proactive solutions. I love talking to her as she is very welcoming and sincere, I would highly recommend her service as she is truly amazing. I will definitely have her as my therapist as long as I can! (:
Jennifer is a tremendous resource and a wonderful therapist. Always attentive and insightful.
She is truly a gift to me!
Sincere. Listener. Real. Warm. So great!
My therapist is very experienced with trauma and was very quick to get me started on grounding exercises. I found this to be extremely valuable and gave me hope that I will get through this.
She is so good for me.
Jennifer has been extremely helpful throughout this process. I appreciate her work.
In our first session, I was grieving some losses and was having associated trauma. Jennifer shared simple grounding techniques and a scientific explanation that made sense to me. I had tools to manage flashbacks and panic which have become part of my daily life. Jennifer has helped me to set reasonable goals, clarify my feelings, and face difficult life situations. She listens well, affirms my progress, and responds to communication promptly. I would highly recommend her to family and friends and am so glad to know she’s there when I need counsel.
Jennifer has been tremendously insightful and helpful in my journey.
Jennifer is kind and listens well during video calls, and asks good questions that lead to the heart of the matter. She also sends helpful follow up resources and encouraging messages. I appreciate it!
