Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

He is great, very helpful
Matt has been great for me so far! He gave me direct solutions on how to change habits which has been working out great.
Navigating through an unknown realm, so to speak, he’s helped me immensely through extreme tough times. Being able to help me identify different things in myself has been difficult on my own and with help with friends and family like most. But getting an outside perspective makes things a lot more easier to understand. Really appreciate his help with everything and can’t wait to grow more.
My therapist is a great listener, he answers in a timely manner and if he doesn’t know something he’s not too proud to admit that! He provides both helpful and interesting resources for me to review. He’s always there for me both during and outside of meetings and he offers insight each time we meet! I truly think that he is the perfect therapist for me and I appreciate him!
He’s very understanding and has helped me change my perspective on a plethora of topics. I’ve never felt like i couldn’t say anything and he goes above and beyond
Such compassion and empathy is rare to be found in today’s world, and everyone in need of a mental assistance would gladly benefit from the expertise of Matthew.
I’ve only had one session with Matthew this far but he seems very knowledgeable in my area of concern.
Matt has so helpful at digging into subjects but also being able to tell me when it's time to focus on the next thing. His schedule allows me to reliably get an appointment the next day at a time the works for me. He also responds to my messages quickly so we can hash things out in-between sessions.
Matthew is great. He's helped me out tremendously from small things like venting and helping me organize my thoughts in a healthy way to handling larger and stressful life events. He has a very friendly and positive attitude and instantly made me feel comfortable talking to him. I have grown a lot as a person since we started meeting and I highly recommend his help to anyone.
Excellent listener! Great help and tips to improve my anxiety in real life situations

We quickly and efficiently got through the starting necessities, which enabled a great first session that immediately addressed the issues I was seeking help with.
