I've been with Lanette for several months now, and I've never connected with a therapist the way I connect with her. She is receptive, easy to talk to, and prompts the conversation when I can't find words, or a topic.

Lanette has been wonderful. She is my 6th or so therapist on better help and has been the only one who I feel has taken the time to listen and understand what I am going through. She is compassionate, encouraging, and mindful.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

She makes me think. It’s almost like she knows where my head is going to be moments before it arrives. Very enlightening discussions offering constructive thought patterns and other ways to understand my situation. Highly recommend.
New patient, and already very grateful to have found her. My last therapist was kind of a family friend, and I liked her, but I always felt like I didn't mesh with her well, that I couldn't hit a rhythm with her as far as communicating in therapy. Right off the bat with Lanette I had ideas of what I wanted to talk about, and she was able to give me prompts when I did sort of run out of gas, so the conversation didn't feel like it was dragging on at all. Very excited to see where she takes me!
Wonderful safe space! Gave very good intuitive and calculated insight! Non judgmental!
