Welcome to my page, I am an integrative therapist with over 15 years of experience of helping individuals deal with life events and cope with complex mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, toxic relationship issues, low self-esteem, miscarriages, menopause, bereavement, social anxiety.
