Elizabeth was great, and was able to get to the point of issues that I was unable to identify on my own. She's quite skilled, and was lovely to talk to.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Overall rating:
I highly recommend!
Elizabeth was great, and was able to get to the point of issues that I was unable to identify on my own. She's quite skilled, and was lovely to talk to.
Elizabeth hears what I have to say and she acknowledges these thoughts and feelings. She maintains a calm demeanor and makes me feel comfortable despite the virtual nature of sessions. She gives sound advice and is very easy to talk to
I've only had a few sessions with Elizabeth Walden so far, but she is very understanding and nonjudgmental. Just in they few sessions I've had with her I've learned so much about myself. She has very good insights that will stick with me for a long time. She was able to infer something that I constantly do just from me telling her something I didn't know was even related, I think that is proof of her expertise.
