Shelly is incredible. She is so kind and compassionate, yet challenges me when I need it. I always walk away from our sessions with new tools and ideas to work on. She remembers even small details and I feel like she genuinely cares about my journey. I highly recommend her.
Shelly listens to my concerns and offers suggestions and exercises to try out. I like that she gives a summary of what we discussed in our notes and always says to message her if something comes up between sessions. I'm dealing with PTSD from a car accident and while I'm still working on it and will be for awhile, I do feel these sessions with Shelly are helping me navigate recovery better a lot better than I would be on my own.
