As a compassionate, interactive empirical therapist my treatment approach is to provide therapeutic experiences and feedback to resolve current issues and long-standing patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting that interrupt the flow of your life. My practice is focused on helping people change, solve problems and increase awareness in order to flourish. Through this therapeutic alliance you can experience a state of resolution that will enable you to move forward in new patterns of positive growth, flexibility, purpose, and resiliency within your life.

I offer a strengths-based, person-centered approach. This resiliency focused/ trauma informed, integrative approach addresses all aspects of well-being (whole body, mind, spirit, life-balance, and relationships) as you discover and realize your fullest potential.

I use Motivational Interviewing techniques, CBT to explore thought and behavior patterns, Solution-Focused, crisis intervention, interpersonal counseling. I have also received training in ACT, EMDR, RRT, and several other modalities.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
