Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Aisha is an amazing therapist. She is kind, understanding, knowledgeable and firm. Exactly what I need.
She has help me work through setting boundaries and gaining respect from others.
I love Aisha’s approach to therapy. I feel like I’m having a conversation with a friend who is looking out for my best interest but holding me accountable. She’s a great listener, asks questions to dig deeper if needed and correlates information from other sessions to help me move forward towards better mental health.
She’s a wonderful person and listener. Always so reassuring and reaffirming. I had some difficulties finding the right fit but I’m truly grateful for her. She went out of her way to email betterhelp to take me on as a client after I asked her to take me on as a client despite her having no availability. Truly a gem and a great person overall and therapist.
Aisha listens and provides professional support geared at your own personal needs.
One of the mosh genuine people I have in my life at the moment. On days when i’m feeling at an all time low and don’t want to talk to anyone, her messages pop up and I realize someone cares. Nothing but gratitude for Aisha
She has been very kind and understanding through the process. She helps make goals that make sense
I have only had 2 sessions with Aisha so far but she is a nice person. As someone who has a hard time opening up, I was able to talk to her easily. I look forward to more sessions in the future!
She takes her time to listen, I don’t feel rushed and I feel comfortable sharing my thoughts. She’s Very encouraging and empowering. I feel like I’m on the right path after a few sessions with her!
